THE AUCTION DECISION
Most items in your home have a commercial value – whether it is the tools in the garage or the furniture in the living room. We can assist you in determining how best to sell those items you have decided not to take with you, and help you choose which option is best for your needs.
At Anne Weston & Associates, LLC, we are not dealers, nor are we associated with any particular auction house. Because we are working with your best interest in mind, our advice will be completely impartial. And because we are an independent appraisal firm, our fees are not determined by commissions from outside parties.

EQUITABLE PERSONAL PROPERTY DIVISION APPRAISALS
The lingo for valuing items that are given to family members or friends. It is not unusual to require assistance when dividing or giving items to members of a family. Sentimental value can impact the difficulty of evaluating the objects equally and objectively. Fair market value appraisals are an appropriate way to assist in the decision process: a procedure that is often emotionally charged for those involved. Anne Weston & Associates, LLC, can value one item or an entire household, from the antiques to the holiday décor.
INSURANCE APPRAISALS
Insurance appraisals are an essential component of downsizing. For valuable items, it is suggested that you have an insurance appraisal prior to your items being moved. Once you are in your new home, it makes sense to re-visit your insurance policy and make any amendments. We prepare the documentation you will need to submit to your insurance company.
FEE STRUCTURE
| At Anne Weston & Associates, LLC, we treat each project as unique because we understand that everyone's needs and requirements are different.
